2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Open Workouts

Summary of the weekly workouts during the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.

Below are the 2011 Open workouts used to rank nearly 27,000 competing athletes.  Submitting their results for each of the 6 workouts throughout the Open, the top 60 athletes in each of the 17 regions moved on to compete in the Regional Qualifiers for their chance to be named the Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on the planet at the official Reebok CrossFit Games on July 29 - 31, 2011 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California.
