American living in Europe. Co-Owner of CrossFit Ansbach in Germany! I have learned to love both worlds!
I Love CrossFit! It has completely changed my life. Am I an Addict? Who cares! I am enjoying meeting nice people from everywhere. I have only experienced this type of community and family within CrossFit. No matter which CF Box I have visited, they have always opened their doors to me in a friendly and honest fashion! Therefore, I am excited to be able to have made it to LA! This is going to be better then visiting Disney!
