If he made it to the games it would have been a huge surprise, not the other way around, noboddy has been given more props and credit for accomplishing so little in this sport.

Just FYI, studies show the optimum cold water bath temperature is 55 to 60 degrees F. No penis flicking involved.

Why were elbow straps allowed on the Thruster WOD at this Regional? Those are power straps and they can add 15lbs to a strict press. We were told belts and knee sleeves (no knee straps) at our Regional.
