About This Athlete
After having two children and a couple years of weight gain, I decided it was time to take better care of myself. I have always been active with MTN biking, running, and kayaking, but it was not enough to keep the weight off. I started weight training on a regular basis. Then, my friend Matt encouraged me to try crossfit. Taking his advice, I walked in the door of New London Crossfit at the end of July of 2010. Aug 1st. was my first true CF workout.
