About This Athlete

I was born and raised in Iowa. I served in the US Marines Corps, before attending the University of Northern Iowa and graduating with a masters in Exercise Science. I currently own "The Gym, CrossFit Kilo" and direct the XL Sports Acceleration Program. I am married to Sarah McCormick and we are expecting our first child(boy) in September 2011. I have been CrossFitting for about 2 years.
