About This Athlete

I'm a father of two boys, Tabor 13 and Hayden 9. Am an avid outdoorsman, recently married on June 25. I'm self-employed with 2 companies in Direct Response Marketing of nutraceuticals. Suffered with severe back injury and resulting pain and limitations for over 25 years and have been CrossFitting for about 15 months now to help my back.
