CrossFit since 2004. Owner of Diablo CrossFit, along with Jeremy Jones,
Still working full time in institutional investing. Married 21 years to my amazing CrossFit wife, Yvonne. We're just trying to inspire our 7 year old daughter Alana.
Spent my 20's in Gold's gym working on the strength lifts, my 30's on the endurance events (triathlons & marathons) and arrived at CrossFit at age 43.
