About This Athlete
The past 3 years have been the most rewarding of my life. Thanks to CrossFit I have been able to meet thousands of like-minded athletes from around the world. I've traveled the country and worked out with some of the fittest people on the planet. From SealFit to the Tahoe Throwdown to the Arnold Classic it's been an amazing journey. I'm lucky to have competed in two CrossFit Games already and have watched the event grow from a backyard contest to an epic event at the Home Depot Center.
Of all the things that I've done and all the trips that I've made with...
I used to be more than happy to seek out this internet-site.I wanted to thanks in your time for this glorious read!! I positively enjoying each little bit of it and I have you bookmarked to check out new stuff you weblog post

Posted at 6:18 PM PST on March 10, 2011Hey Rob, been doing crossfit for less than a year, played college football and I feel we are very similar in size. I watch all your videos and love the way you train. Much respect and good luck to you this year, hope to see you eventually in competition, as a fellow competitor and huge fan!
