That's the clarification, in shuttle runs the 'normal' standard is to touch your hand, not just your foot. I guess we'll see in the video of this weekends events ...

I realize this is a minor point, none the less, at the end of workout people will be tired and trying to go as quickly as possible. In the standards write-up it states for the shuttle Sprint: "The athlete much touch the ground on the far side of each line before turning around.". Yet, in the demo the athlete did not touch the ground. Will the athlete be required to touch the ground during the shuttle ? Or is it sufficient to 'step' on the other side of the line ? Thanks for clarification.
