It's OK. By the time you're in the 55-59 group, I'll be in the 60s+, and I doubt our ligaments will tolerate 4 more years of this. Good luck with the Chest-to-bar and Thruster killer WOD, then I guess you'll be back with me Thursdays at sparrow's fart !
