About This Athlete

I am a Realtor in North O.C. I got a severe staph infection during surgery to remove an abdominal tumor in 2/2008. I was sent home with a large open wound and had 2 more surgeries to repair the damage. My Doctor released me to exercise in March, 2009 and it was tough getting started. A friend told me about a thing called Crossfit and I found Crossfit 714 in June ,2009. I couldn't even do one sit up! Not to mention pull ups or Oly lifts! With coaching and support from Crossfit trainers and friends I was able to compete in the 2010 Crossfit Games in the Masters competition. I hope...
