Athlete Profile

I train at Crossfit Jenks (owned & operated by my son & daughter-in-law, Breck & Nicole Berry. Breck is a 4 times Crossfit Games competitor). I never did any type of exercise or particiapted in any sport prior to Crossfit..which I started when Breck & Nicole opened Crossfit Jenks the end of 2007. I only went a couple days a week the first two years and I now train 3 to 4 days week. I signed up for the open just for fun and never dreamed I would make it to the games. I am excited but very nervous! Crossfit has changed my life..and the best part is the CF community!
