Thanks Larry. Good thing for me we didn't have a lot of WOD's like 11.3. You killed that.

Larry, you weren't kidding when you said you didn't mind pullups :)

Great job on this last workout! Hope to see you next year.

Looks like you won't have to worry about the beer tab! Dang it. As of right now, guess who is one rank ahead of me? Good effort. I won't do this one again because of my flight schedule, so the only question is - What do you like drink?! Keep healthy and I'll see you at the games next year!

This is going to be as frustrating for me as the first one since I didn't have double unders and don't have chest to bar - never really did them this way in WODs before. Thrusters will be a danged breeze after all that rest in between while I try to get chest to bar! Best of luck. If you finish ahead of me this year, the beer will be on me after we compete at the Games in '12.

11.5: Wall balls (unbroken piece of cake), power cleans (not a big issue), and my toes 2 Bar performance was WAAAEEEEEEEEEEEAK! Installing a couple of rock climbing hand holds in the garage. Thinking fingertip pull ups will improve things a bit…can’t hurt. Re-doing tomorrow
