About This Athlete
In November, 2008 I was introduced to CrossFit by my daughter, Kimberly Malz ~ 2009 Games competitor, 2010 Games commentator and 2011 CrossFit Relentless Team member. My son-in-law Russ is also an avid CrossFitter and placed 23rd in the Masters 45-49 Division, and my three granddaughters participate in CrossFit Kids classes. I led a very sedentary life until joining a globo gym at age 55. The CrossFit methodology and community is the best ~ I've never felt better!
