Athlete Profile

I am a 21 year old firefighter in Brimfield, Ohio, and I train at SPC CrossFit in Kent, Ohio. I have been training myself for the games for about 3 years, and am excited to finally go out there and compete. I live my life by the motto "no weakness," and that is the same mentality I have when I train. If a challenge is thrown at me, in training or in life, I won't rest until I am the best that I can be.
