About This Athlete

Been Crossfitting since 2007. Got serious after getting smashed at the '08 Games. Placed 29th at the '09 Games. Missed the 2010 Games by 4 spots. Been doing some serious focusing on my weaknesses. I am focused and I am ready for the 2011 Games.
