About This Athlete

A self-described fitness fanatic that started doing CrossFit in the park about three years ago. A wife and mother of a kindergartener, high school sophomore and graduating senior, her family practically lives at the gym. She is also CFBV's unofficial mom having 'adopted' many of the younger crew. Known for her tenacity, consistency, and endless motor, she has a way of humbling the most capable athletes. Janice has participated in three regional competitions, and is CrossFit Bellevue's first games qualifier.
