About This Athlete
I am a trainer at Be Crossfit in Stuart, Fl. CrossFit has changed my life and so many wonderful ways. The best thing about CrossFit is that I have formed life-long friendships with people as nut as me! I continue to turn back the clock as I enter my 1st of many years of competing at the age of 48! Amazing! CrossFit has given me endles opportunities to live to my full potential!!
