Hi my name is Dustin, i really like this Crossfit stuff..it makes me feel like superman, flying on the rings and throwing heavy weights around like its nothing...spiderman wishes he could climb a rope as fast as i can...Batman tried to race me in his batmobile but my chevrolegs took him out...Before every WOD i bring my self together just like Captian Planet does..By your powers combined, I am Captain Dustino!!!! And sh&t goes crazy! Im a WOD Killa! Fran wishes she never met me, Hellen fricken hates me and Murph is scared of me.... the next 6 weeks are gunna show you how badass i really am. Bring it CF!!!
