David Howe is a former, generously decorated, Navy SEAL that, after striking a superior officer, was bumped down to being cook on the American battleship M.S. Missouri. When the Missouri celebrated its last trip to sea, it was taken over by terrorists. Howe had to use his old skills of weapons and tactics (of which he is an expert of sorts), and almost single-handedly took down the villains.
