About This Athlete

My wife, a nurse in the Air Force, and I are currently stationed on Misawa AB in Japan and have been here since Sept 2010. I am a personal trainer at the gym on base, where I train as well. I also am in school, studying for my masters in Exercise Science. I played D1 college soccer- I was introduced to CrossFit by a coworker, when stationed in VA, in early 2009 and competed in my first competition a few months later at the Mid Atlantic Regional. I competed in the Central East Regional in 2010 and finished 22nd.

Hey man, I watched your video of 11.6. Great effort. I think you missed a rep though. It looks like you got 14 thrusters on your last round not 13, which would make your final score 104, one point more. Thought you might like to know and resubmit a score.
