About This Athlete

I have been married 30 years to Mike, an A.F. Lt. Colonel. I have 3 grandaughters ages 5, 1 and 6 weeks. I like to train alone in the early a.m. with the lights off at my workplace Krav Maga Maryland. Started in the fitness industry in 1988. Crossfitting since 2006.

Connie: Thank God we (and don't think moobs don't count!) don't have to get our actual chest over the bar as senior crossfitters. That would be like hitting your navel to get your nipples over! :)

Well, now we know ... hopefully a good tape job on your finger will carry you through wod5 and you will be healed enough to do your little dance around the pull-up bar for wod6 ... Me, not even the excuse of a wrecked finger, I will survive wod5 but suck big time at wod6 !!! Bring it on !
