About This Athlete

I am the head trainer at Reebok CrossFit ONE. I am also on the CFHQ Seminar Staff. I have been CrossFitting for 2 years. I Have coached at CrossFit Dewitt, Albany CrossFit and now Reebok CrossFit ONE. I love what CrossFit stands for and how it makes me feel when I coach it and when I am doing it. I am lucky to do what I love and play what I love as well. CrossFit Challenges me everyday mentally, Physically and Emotionally and that is what pushes me to work harder everyday.

That’s are a very impressive stats that Austin Malleolo holds and I am sure that he has a very good chance of making his mark!! He has the advantage of being a head trainer and being familiar with CrossFit should be something working in his favor!! With such experience and a record like that I am sure that he will be one of the favorites for all the event that he competes in – should be interesting to see what the final outcome will be!! I have seen his training classes in my lcd hdtv last week, and it was very professional one.

Austin: Great Job!!! It must have been the mats and lumber we picked up that refined your technique. Be good and do well!
