CrossFit Springfield will ONLY BE VALIDATING PERFORMANCES EACH SATURDAY @ 2PM. If you perform the WOD at our affiliate outside of this time, you must videotape it (since this is a 6 week competition, you may want to invest in a Flip Video Camcorder or something simular), provide your own reliable and accurate judge, and link it to the CrossFit Open Sectionals site ON YOUR OWN. When you submit your score make sure to click the “At Home” button so you are able to link the video proof of your performance. Athletes who perform the WOD at CFS each Saturday @ 2pm will need to click the WOD performed “At Affiliate” button when submitting their scores. We will then approve or decline your submission based on whether or not it is consistent with your score from the event. We’re extremely proud to have so many of our members and coaches representing our affiliate in competition!!!
